SHIPPING

All items will ship within 7-10 business days. 

Business days are classified as Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Goodnightmoon Props will not ship on New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day,  Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas or any postal holidays.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Due to different monitors, calibrated and un-calibrated computer screens, Goodnightmoon Props can't guarantee that colors will be the same as what you see on your computer screen.  

We use custom white balance for our product shots. Please note that "in use" photographs may not be true representation of color.

FIT/SIZING

Please note that Goodnightmoon Props cannot assure that every item will fit every baby the same.  Newborns/Children come in all shapes and sizes.  We have worked with many professional newborn photographers to create my measurements for bonnets, pants, wraps and headbands. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are not accepting custom orders at this time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All of our products should be spot cleaned or hand washed in a mild detergent and warm water. 

Hang/Line Dry.

Do not bleach.

Failure to follow these care guidelines may result in damage to your product. Goodnightmoon Props will not replace items due to misuse.

VINTAGE ITEMS

All items that are considered "True Vintage" may have wear and stains due to the nature and age of the material.  By purchasing "True Vintage" items, it is understood that the item may have stains or discolorations.

SHIPPING METHODS

All items are shipped via USPS. We offer first class, priority and priority express shipping in the USA.  All international orders are shipped via first class international mail.

SAFTEY

Our products are not intended for everyday wear. Please do not leave any of our products on a child unattended. Failure to comply may result in injury/death. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature or our items, we cannot accept returns.  All sales are FINAL. Please contact us at goodnightmoonprops@gmail.com if there are any questions or concerns.
